The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) held a meeting to discuss the status of land within sector/master roads from sectors 58-115 and the progress of master services installation in these sectors. Chief Executive Officer P C Meena chaired the meeting and examined the obstacles faced in ongoing projects.
The CEO issued instructions regarding land acquisition, compensations, and demarcations on various sector roads where development projects are planned. Meena emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts from all departments to swiftly address hindrances and provide essential master services while expediting project implementation.
Additionally, the CEO instructed the LAO, Urban Estate to resolve compensation issues related to the lands and ordered the removal of temporary encroachments along the alignment of sector roads to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
During the meeting, CEO P C Meena highlighted the significance of specific master sector roads, namely 71/73 and 72/72 A, sector 70 A outer, and 79/79 B, as well as the Central Peripheral Road. These areas faced hindrances that needed to be addressed, and it was crucial to provide essential master services such as sewer networks, water supply, and master roads in these sectors.
Meena instructed the officials to engage with the HSIIDC (Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation) regarding the transfer of land for the construction of the master road in sector 81/81A.
